* 항상 느끼는 것이지만.. 휴일에는 시간이 너무 빨리 가는 것 같습니다.ㅜㅜ 오늘 저녁에는 마트를 다녀와야 할 것 같네요.. 그래서 내린 결론은 마트에 가기 전에 포스팅 하나 더 올리고 가자! 입니다.^^ 지금 소개해 드리는 곡은 큰 히트를 기록했었던 관계로 팝을 좋아하시는 분들이라면 거의 다 알고 계실 겁니다. 바로 "더 콜링(The Calling)" 의 "Wherever You Will Go" 입니다. 모르신다고요?^^ 아실겁니다~! 더 콜링은 기타리스트인 "아론 카민(Aaron Kamm Kamin)" 과 보컬인 "알렉스 밴드(Alexander Max Band)" 로 이루어진 듀오 얼터너티브 그룹입니다. 포스트 그런지 밴드라고도 하죠~! ^^(포스트 그런지에 관한 글은 추후에 따로 올리도록 하겠습니다.) 이 곡은 콜링의 2001년 데뷔앨범인 "Camino Palmero" 에 수록되어 있으며 첫 타이틀곡이자 싱글 커트된 곡으로 영화 "코요테 어글리" 와 "러브 액츄얼리" 의 OST에 수록되기도 한 곡입니다. 이들은 애초에 5명의 멤버로 시작했지만, 지금은 아론과 알렉스의 2인 체제로 유지되고 있습니다. 아래는 가사와 해석입니다.

 

참고로 "Camino Palmero" 는 스페인어로 "야자나무 거리" 라는 뜻입니다.^^
